    Jamaica Macaroni Factory Limited strives to make pasta of the highest standard using quality raw materials and processes to satisfy our valued customers. In pursuit of this we aim to maintain high staff morale, be socially responsible, environmentally aware and contribute to Jamaica's development.

    Today, with over 20,000 square feet of production and warehousing space, the company boasts modern facilities and operates as the only local pasta manufacturing facility.  Food safety is at the heart of the company's operations. Good manufacturing practices are firmly established and the over thirty staff are trained to perform at the highest level of competence in their various capacities.

    The range of pasta products has increased over the years and now includes short goods pasta such as macaroni elbows, shells, spirals, rigati, veggie-rigati, veggie-spiral and vermicelli.  The long goods products include macaroni, spaghetti, fetuccine and lasagne. The manufacturing process are automated with three production lines operating simultaneously.

    Through our automated manufacturing process, we have been able to improve on our capabilities over the years and now produce different varieties of long goods including macaroni sticks, spaghetti, lasagna and fettuccine as well as short goods such as elbow, shell, rigati, spiral and vermicelli.
